SHIPPING

We are glad you are shopping at our online store. Our priority is to make your shopping experience at the Edward Armah online store a memorable one.

  • If you are placing an order for the first time, we require that you create an Edward Armah account.
  • Once you place your order, it is directly sent for processing at our warehouse in New Jersey.
  • Except in the case of back orders, most orders ship within 1-5 business days. Edward Armah will notify you if there are any delays in shipping your order.
  • We ship worldwide, using FEDEX as our carrier. Your choice of shipping services at check out, will determine your shipping and handling cost. Shipping options are based on your shipping destination and the weight of item(s) you have ordered.
  • You will receive an email confirmation acknowledging the receipt of your order and another to confirm the shipment of your order. Your shipment confirmation email will include your FEDEX tracking number.
  • After your order has been placed, you can always log in to our website to view your order history.
  • Please do not hesitate to contact us with all your shipping and delivery questions, comments and concerns and we will get back to you as soon as possible.


EXCHANGE/RETURNS

Because your satisfaction is our ultimate goal, we will willingly accept your return or exchange:

  •  If you ship back to us within 7 business days of the delivery of your order. Your order delivery date is the date on which FEDEX posts delivered as your order status.
  • If return or exchange items remain in the exact condition in which they were purchased. Please do not return any items that have been worn, damaged or altered.

Phone or email to let us know the reason for the return and whether you would like us to arrange for our carrier to collect or you will be arranging your own return. A return authorization (RA) number will be given to you then. To avoid any shipping discrepancies, Edward Armah encourages you to select a reputable carrier such as FEDEX, UPS or DHL for shipping. We will not accept any liabilities for items lost in the mail. Please make sure you enclose full details within the parcel so that we know who the parcel is coming from and why it is being returned. Goods returned under warranty must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase and will be dealt with as a matter of priority. Goods returned for any other reason must also be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase and the reason for return. If you are exchanging, we kindly ask that you specify the item(s) you would like to replace your originally purchased item(s) with. Orders returned without an RA number will be refused. All orders returned will be inspected thoroughly and a decision will be made as to the course of action to take for the product. All decisions Edward Armah makes at this point are irreversible.


For our domestic customers, we will ship your exchange(s) back to you via FEDEX ground, at no cost. For you, our international customer, we will ship your exchange(s) at a discounted rate. Please contact us for rates.

Refunds will be made in the original form of purchase. For credit card purchases, please allow 3-5 business days for refund to appear on your card. Please note that you will not be refunded for any shipping charges.
